Boost Your Proposal

After completing your proposal, Oscorm gives you the option to Boost Your Proposal. This feature allows you to spend additional Points to improve your proposal's position in the client's proposal list. A higher position increases the chances that the client will notice your proposal before others, especially for projects with many applicants.

Understanding the Boost Proposal Section

Current Top Boost :

The Current Top Boost displays the highest number of Points another freelancer has used to boost their proposal. This helps you understand the current competitive level before placing your own boost.

For example, if the current top Boost is 10 Points, another freelancer has already used 10 Points to boost their proposal.

Set Your Connects Bid :

Use the + and - buttons to select the number of Points you'd like to boost. If you choose to boost more than the current top boost, your proposal may move higher in the boosted proposal ranking.

For example:

• Current Top Boost: 10 Points

• Your Boost: 12 Points

A higher bid can improve your proposal's visibility, but it's important to use your Points wisely.

Set Your Connects Bid Controller

Points Remaining :

The Points Left section shows how many Points will remain in your account after paying your boost. Review your remaining balance before confirming your boost.

Boost & Submit Proposal :

Once you've selected your Connects bid, click Boost & Submit Proposal to submit your proposal with the selected boost. If you don't want to use additional Connects, you can simply submit your proposal without boosting.

Boosting Your Proposal is Optional!

Boosting your proposal can increase its visibility in the client's proposal list by using additional Points. A higher boost may improve your chances of being noticed, but it does not guarantee that you'll be hired. Clients make their final hiring decisions based on your skills, experience, portfolio, cover letter, and the overall quality of your proposal.

A personalized, well-written proposal remains the best way to improve your chances of winning a project.
