Oscorm provides an AI-powered platform that facilitates connections between businesses and admin support specialists. Our services include:
AI-powered matching of businesses with qualified admin support specialists based on requirements and expertise.
Tools and workflows for managing projects, deliverables, and collaboration between clients and specialists.
AI-enhanced quality monitoring and performance tracking to ensure service excellence.
Secure payment processing and billing management for services rendered.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of our services.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oscorm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Note: Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
