Welcome to Oscorm. These Terms & Conditions provide an explanation about how you are able to utilize the Oscorm platform, as a freelancer providing services, or as a business/client that is buying services.
If you make an account or if you use Oscorm you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. In the event that you don't agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Oscorm is a platform where businesses and clients can find freelancers. Freelancer can post and offer their services, businesses and clients can look and buy and get the services.
Freelancers and clients on Oscorm don't pay any commission on the amount of services they buy from the platform.
To sell services on Oscorm you need to create an account and give accurate information about your services and about yourself.

Freelancers may provide services that are legal and permissible on Oscorm.

You are accountable for what you produce for clients.

If you are using third party materials, software, images, code or other resources, you must ensure that you have the required rights or licenses.
Client messages are to be replied within reasonable time and communication should be clear and brief on project, requirements, progress and delivery.
If there is an anticipated delay, this should be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
Oscorm is not to be used for sending spam, harassing clients, threatening anyone or sending harmful/misleading content.
As the provider of the service, you agree to deliver the service as described in the order when the client buys your service through Oscorm.
You are not permitted to take an order that you are aware you can't fulfill.
Third party payment providers may be used to make payment. More information might be needed to finalize payment or to receive the funds.
Oscorm reserves the right to temporarily hold, delay payment of any accounts or otherwise take appropriate action as may be reasonably required for any problems with payments, suspected fraud, claims, or violations of these Terms.
Before engaging in a dispute, clients and freelancers should attempt to negotiate and communicate their issues on a reasonable basis related to the order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or if there is a serious disagreement, Oscorm may re-evaluate it and take appropriate steps, according to the information at their disposal.
An order can be cancelled as a result of the situation and a refund can be provided to the client.
The service description, order details, messages, files, delivery information, and other evidence may play a role in Oscorm's decision in a marketplace dispute.
No services or activity on behalf of Oscorm may be provided or engaged in using Oscorm which is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by Oscorm.

Oscorm reserves the right to suspend services and/or accounts that breach these guidelines.
Oscorm is the market place where you find clients. Services, work, taxes, licenses and legal obligations are your responsibility.
The employer, its partner or agent of any freelancer using Oscorm is not Oscorm.
It is your responsibility to see if you have to register as a business, pay taxes, get licenses and other legal requirements in your country/location.
The work you produce remains your property.
But if you have any terms of ownership, usage, licensing or copyright, you are responsible for clearly communicating those to your clients.
Where an order involves the client becoming the owner or a specific user of the order, the terms of this should be clearly agreed upon before or during the order.
Oscorm reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate your account if you:
Oscorm may give notice in advance of action, where appropriate. Immediate action can be taken, however, when required to protect users, payments, platform or per legal obligation.
Oscorm helps businesses and clients discover and hire freelance services.
All the information you enter at the time of account creation must be correct and you are required to update your account details.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your login is secure and that any activities you use your account to perform are within your own control.
It is not allowed to use false information to create an account or pretend to be someone else or a business.
You should check the service description, price, delivery time, requirements and past work if available.
By ordering, you agree to give the freelancer the information and materials that are reasonably required to perform the service.
Oscorm freelancers are self-employed service providers.
Oscorm is not a direct provider of the freelancer service, but rather a provider of the marketplace.
It is your responsibility to provide the freelancer with the information, files, access, approvals, and feedback that are reasonable to complete your order.
Make clear and reasonable requests for changes to the work.
Service payments can be accepted via payment gateway Oscorm or through third-party payment systems.
You will give accurate payment details and consent to the proper payment of the services you buy.
Oscorm is a marketplace with zero commission. This implies that Oscorm does not make any commission on the worth of any services traded among freelancers and customers.
Where applicable, other charges, including applicable taxes, payment processing charges, currency conversion charges or other third party charges, might apply.
In case you have any problem with an order, you should start with discussing the problem with the freelancer and attempt to solve the problem.
Refunds or cancellation may be available based on the circumstances and the applicable refund rules.
If you and the freelancer are unable to resolve an issue, you can request that Oscorm take a look at the issue.
When dealing with a dispute, Oscorm might take into consideration the service description, requirements of the order, communication, work delivered, and other information.
The rights you obtain for a work acquired through Oscorm will be determined by the agreement you have with the freelancer and the services you purchased.
When you buy a service, it doesn't necessarily mean that you get all of the copyright or ownership rights in the work.
If you need full ownership, commercial rights, exclusive rights, source files or other rights, you'll need to ensure you have it clear with the freelancer.
Oscorm is not to be used for requests or purchases of unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or illegal services.
You must not ask freelancers to:
It's your responsibility to provide information, content, files, trademarks, images, or other material to a freelancer that is legally acceptable to be used for your project.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive behavior, spamming are not permitted.
You should not pressure freelancers into providing work outside the agreed service without their agreement.
Oscorm is created to help clients and freelancers find one another, connect with them and facilitate service deals.
The use of Oscorm is prohibited to attempt to circumvent or deceive Oscorm of any transactions carried out through the platform if such actions are required to do so.
Oscorm reserves the right to take action against accounts which may attempt to use the platform to circumvent applicable fees and/or rules.
Oscorm reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate your account if:

Oscorm is a platform and tools that enable clients and freelancers to connect and collaborate.
Freelancers are accountable for the services they provide, and clients are accountable for the services they buy.

We strive to maintain Oscorm's availability and reliability but are not able to guarantee its uninterrupted operation, accuracy or technical performance.
Parts of this platform may be updated, maintained, changed and temporarily suspended from time to time.
Users shall be responsible for the content they upload, publish, send or provide through the use of Oscorm.
The right to use and share content you provide.
Oscorm reserves the right to delete content that is in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws or the rights of others.
Your use of Oscorm is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
We may notify you of important changes via the platform or by other suitable means.
If you continue to use Oscorm after the date the Terms are updated you accept the Terms as they are updated.
The laws governing these Terms & Conditions apply to Oscorm's business and the jurisdiction of our company is indicated in our company information.
Any disputes not resolved between the parties will go to the proper courts or dispute resolution process in that jurisdiction.
